We found the course very informative, covered all areas and time at the end to go over any questions any of us had was a good refresher over the basics from the beginning.
The training was well presented and lasted 3 hours. Included in the cost, we received a first aid booklet and certificates. A number of areas were covered including choking, heart attack and signs of a stroke.
Our trainer Chris was great, answered any questions we had and kept it light hearted but also got the seriousness of the course over in a good manner.

Would highly recommend this course.
