Hi, my name is Chris West and I am a husband and proud father of two grown up lads. I qualified as a First Aid Instructor as part of my job as a Resuscitation Technician for the local health board.

I gained my City & Guilds Level 3 award in Education & Training in 2016 and qualified as a First Aid Instructor the same year. Since then I have held numerous sessions covering all aspects of First Aid to businesses and individuals across North Wales as well as to staff members within the health board.

I personally think that everyone should receive first aid training as the knowledge gained has proven to have a massive impact on the outcome of medical emergencies outside of the hospital environment. I am also actively involved with the Wales Air Ambulance, helping out on many occasions with the assessment of new doctors and paramedics who wish to join the team.
